Street and 3rd Avenue, Northrose is at the crossroads of
several dynamic communities. Recent developments in the area
are the Bronx County Hall of Justice, the new Yankee Stadium,
the Bronx Museum
of the Arts, and several leading charter schools. Northrose
is close to three parks, including 127-acre Crotona Park,
featuring a lake, swimming pool, tennis courts, and almost
a dozen playgrounds, which means plenty of green space
for your enjoyment. In addition to on-site retailers, nearby
stores like Forman Mills, Staples, and the Gateway Center’s
